8 Below Husky Rescue recently had to make an impassioned post on their Facebook Page.Â
“emotions are running high over at 8 Below 
Today we got an alert to a beautiful young female husky by one of our amazing rescue friends New Hope Animal rescue, to say our hearts have been shattered, stamped on and thrown at us would be an understatement
This little sweetheart needs our help , she has been found at the side of the road after being hit by a van on a duel carriage way , she isn’t chipped – nobody has come forward to claim her 
She has suffered excruciating pain and has a fractured pelvis and a fractured femur , she is also full of milk ( recently had puppies ) 
She isn’t in a very good way at the moment but we have offered to step in and give her the best shot we possibly can ,
She needs surgery which is estimated at £2,000 – £3,000 !!”
“We will whole heartedly admit, with all fundraising events cancelled, we are not really in a position to pay this kind of vet bill right now but her other option isn’t even worth thinking about and we will do everything we can to raise her the funds she needs to have the surgery and go on to enjoy the rest her life with a family that will love, care and keep her safe.Â
This is heartbreaking, she’s not much more than a baby herself.
I’m not ashamed to beg right now, please please help us towards her vet costs , she deserves a chance , she deserves to LIVE.
