We were so pleased to hear the news this week, that our dear friend, Jason Mackey, of Mackey’s Top Notch Comeback Kennel was the first musher to sign up for the 2025 Yukon Quest Alaska.
The race as been extended from last years 300 mile race to a 550 mile trail for 2025.
But…not only is Jason taking part in the YQA550, which starts in Fairbanks on 1st February 2025, this year will see Jason’s son, Patrick take part in the 200 mile race.
We are so excited to follow these two members of the Mackey family continuing the legacy of their mushing royalty family.
